The hotel had a fine view of the golf course, providing a sense of tranquility. The balcony in the room was a pleasant bonus. Check-in was swift, even on a busy weekend. The staff at the little cafe were kind, friendly, and attentive, providing excellent service and delicious food. The gentleman at the bowling alley was also lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the busy city life and surrounded by tropical gardens, offering a relaxing environment. There were three pools, golf, a children's play area, and ten pin bowling, providing a variety of activities for everyone. The rooms were spacious and could accommodate four people comfortably.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to a nearby shopping mall, making it convenient to explore the area. the kids pool, gym, and Olympic pool are perfect facilities for staying active and enjoying some leisure time.
There were moments when the service could have been more attentive and accommodating.
